Sidreria Melchiori combines our products and the passion for the typical local cuisine: it is a Trentino experience to taste all the way.

Our restaurant is a must when you visit Val di Non. Our Trentino valley is well known for its fragrant and tasty apples but also for its delicious honeys, meats and cheeses.

The ingredients are all carefully chosen directly by Lucia Maria Melchiori, who has always used local and naturally produced ingredients.

The result of this careful selection are authentic and creative menus, local and sustainable dishes whose flavours reveal the passion for Trentino, for the environment and for people.

The Cider house is a place of conviviality where you can have dinners with friends and family or a business appointment.

Particularly appreciated is the large barrel in the center of the room, from which our customers can tap the Apple Cider we produce.

For the delight of children we also offer apple juice, elderflower drink and natural soft drinks, without added sugars, without preservatives and without additives.

The restaurant is open:
for lunch from Monday to Saturday from 12.00 to 14.00
for dinner from Thursday to Saturday from 19.00 to 22.30
